— Scope of Work

Kitchens, bathrooms, and whole-home renovations

Each project starts with what the room actually does — not what it could look like. Find your room type below and see what we handle from demo to finish.

/ Kitchen Renovations

Full kitchen scope, demo through finish

We handle demo, rough plumbing and electrical, cabinet installation, countertop templating and set, tile work, and final trim. Material choices — stone, laminate, solid wood — are matched to how the kitchen is actually used daily.

Typical scope: 6–12 weeks depending on structural conditions behind the walls. We assess before naming a timeline.

/ Bathroom Renovations

Wet-room work with no hidden conditions

Shower surrounds, floor waterproofing, vanity and fixture installation, tile layout, ventilation — we document moisture and subfloor conditions before closing up walls and call you before proceeding if anything differs from the estimate.

Typical scope: 3–6 weeks. Shared-bath projects are sequenced so one bathroom stays functional throughout.

/ Whole-Home Renovations

Multi-room scope, sequenced by priority

Whole-home projects are phased room by room with an agreed sequence so you can remain in the house when possible. Flooring, millwork, painting, and mechanical updates are coordinated across trades — no subcontractor handoff without our oversight.

Typical scope: 3–9 months. Phasing plan is set after the initial site walk, not before.

— How Every Project Starts

Site visit first — timeline named after

Before any number is put on paper, we walk the space. What's behind the walls, the condition of the subfloor, and how the room is used every day shapes the project more than any floor plan does.

Material options are reviewed in the actual room, under its light, relative to how the household uses it — not against a trend board.

Know your room type? Let's talk scope.

Bring the room, the rough budget, and any photos you have. We'll tell you what we'd need to see in person before giving you an honest range.
